Lavinia Smerconish is a lifelong resident of the Main
Line. She's a product of the Baldwin School in Bryn Mawr
and a graduate of Duke University.
Lavinia has been licensed as a Realtor for more than
fifteen years. She concentrates on the listing and sale
of Main Line properties.
In 2002, she settled over $20 Million in residential
real estate. Her productivity earned her the "Top
of the Rock" designation, which is Prudential Fox
& Roach's highest level of recognition.
She is married, has four children and resides in Lower
Merion Township, where she is active in her community.
Lavinia has twice recently served as the co-chair of
the Episcopal Academy House Tour.
